Turn your beloved pet (or favorite animal) into a watercolor masterpiece in this fun and approachable workshop!In this class, you’ll learn how to transfer your pet’s image to watercolor paper using a simple tracing technique with charcoal and a printout of your photo—creating your own version of carbon or graphite paper. No drawing experience required! After outlining the traced image with pen, we’ll dive into watercolor using the expressive wet-on-wet technique to bring your pet to life with vibrant color and personality.
Before class: Please submit a clear headshot of your pet so we can prepare your printout in advance.
Don’t have a pet? No problem! We’ll have a variety of animal images on hand for you to choose from.
All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary—just come ready to have fun and get creative!
