For this Pet Portrait Watercolor Class, I ask that you bring a black-and-white print out or photo copy of your favorite photo of your pet on 8.5 x 11 printer paper. Head shots work best for the type of painting we're doing.
If you don't have a pet or don't have a picture on hand, this is also fun to do with different animals and I will have several options available on hand or you're welcome to print your own and bring that. (i.e. dolphin, whale, fox, wolf, etc...)
Your experience begins with a guided watercolor painting session, led by professional instructor Elisa Mack, who will walk you through each step to create your own unique piece of art. She loves sharing her love of watercolor and strives to make the medium fun and accessible for everyone. Surrounded by the breathtaking views of our rural vineyard, you'll have the perfect inspiration to bring your creativity to life.
Helvetia Vineyards and Winery is a locally owned and operated business that has a long and rich history in the hills north of Hillsboro. It is absolutely worth the drive outside the Portland Metro area to explore and experience, come a little early to chat with the helpful tasting staff and try some delicious wine.
