You can make absolutely delicious pesto using kitchen scraps, primarily leafy green scraps, to reduce food waste! Keep those leftovers out of the landfill and use more of your harvest or grocery purchases.
You'll have the opportunity to sample the pesto and go home with the recipe to replicate it at home.
This is part of our free Plant-Centered Diet Series supported by Howard County’s PREP (Plastics Reduction and Environmental Protection) Grant.
