Seed is participating in VEG-uary by hosting "Pesto and passata day"
We will be pulping tomatoes and preserving them two ways, frozen or bottled, making pesto and maybe a fresh pasta demonstration.
Lunch will be provided, pasta with your choice of Napoli sauce or pesto.
This event is free but we need helpers on the day, please RSVP here and sing out if you are available to help.
