The term 3 Introduction course starts on the 21st Of July.
This course is designed to give beginners to WC an excellent insight into its fundamentals, principals, and combat strategies. You'll learn different self-defence techniques, including strikes, stances, and kicks including how body mechanics relate to functional movements. You will also be shown the wooden dummy and how this tool greatly improves your WC practice. This course also prepares you for mastering more advanced Wing Chun techniques if you need a general refresher.
good for anyone 13yrs and older.
Course Inclusions:
· Classes run each Wednesday from 6 till 7:30 pm for 10 weeks
· PWC Introduction course workbook
· PWC Annual Membership/ Insurance Fee
· PWC Uniform
· Unlimited access to all adult classes at Bayswater and Midland Locations.
· Cost is $440.00 30% discount for enrolments before 12th July
