Join us for a welcoming community walking group designed for neurodivergent young adults, families, caregivers, and supporters. This group is focused on movement, connection, wellness, and building community in a supportive and inclusive environment. Everyone is welcome. Studies show that nearly 50% of people report experiencing loneliness, and the effects of chronic loneliness on health can be as harmful as smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Our goal is to create a space where individuals can feel supported, build friendships, and improve both physical and emotional well-being through community connection and gentle movement.
No fitness experience is needed. Walk at your own pace, meet new people, and take steps toward connection together. We will walk one mile at Coler Creek on June 1st for our first meet up. We will meet at different locations across NWA throughout the summer.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or caregiver. By attending, participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own safety. PerspectAbility assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during participation.
