That's the purpose of Perspective BEFORE Pain - an 8-week, in-person journey that expands your awareness, cultivates compassion (for yourself and others), and integrates transformative wisdom into your everyday life - as a person, partner, parent, or professional - so you can experience more ease, peace, and balance as your most authentic self before, and even while, navigating pain.
Guided by Enneagram wisdom, together we'll:
- Explore Perspective
Become aware of the Diversity of Perspective - how our different perspectives form, how each unique lens is necessary AND limited, and how the way we see motivates our behavior
- Identify Personal Pain Points
Discover the specific limiting beliefs, survival strategies, and habitual misidentification that cause YOU pain and block you from what you desire most
- Cultivate Compassion
Reduce the unnecessary conflict and misunderstandings that amplify pain
-Practice Integration
Shift from autopilot reactivity to intentional responsiveness so you can choose to move through life with greater freedom, ease, and essential presence
Through guided teaching, contemplative practices, enlightening group discussions, and practical integration exercises held in a supportive environment of belonging that welcomes honesty, curiosity, and growth, discover a whole new way of seeing that empowers you to release painful patterns that no longer serve you so you can live fully and freely as your whole, essential self.
