Personalized One-on-One Restorative Stretching
I've designed a restorative stretching program specifically for individuals leading a sedentary lifestyle who have developed back pain from muscle tightness.
The event is in-person, either at JBR or your own home, providing personalized guidance to aid in your relaxation and rejuvenation.
The program aims to enhance flexibility, alleviate tension, and promote relaxation. I will lead you through gentle stretches customized to address your unique needs.
Your initial session is complimentary, and should you wish to proceed, we can discuss the pricing structure face-to-face.
