Personalized 1:1 Yoga Sessions

Are you looking to deepen your yoga practice? My **Personalized 1:1 Yoga Sessions** offer you the opportunity to receive individualized yoga instruction tailored specifically to your needs and goals. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced yogi aiming to refine your practice, learn bandbends, arm balances or deepen your flexibility. Our session will focus on to meet your goals.
This session will be at my apartment at JBR Marina, next the Swimking Watch Tower. Location will be provided once you have booked. Class with me in a public space, choice of inside the gym space or outdoor shaded area (very nice, facing beach).
