The upcoming Game Night event is a voluntary social gathering. By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and do not suffer from any condition that would pose an unreasonable risk to yourself or others attending the event.
You acknowledge and understand that there are inherent risks associated with participation in activities such as card games and other recreational activities that may be part of this event. By participating, you assume all such risks, both known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, that may arise in connection with your participation.
You agree to take full responsibility for any liability, illness, injury, loss, damage, or death that may result from your participation in the Game Night. This includes any events or activities occurring during or as a consequence of the Game Night.
Your participation in the Game Night is at your own risk. This disclaimer is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid or legally unenforceable for any reason, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.
By attending the Game Night, you agree that any photos or videos taken during the event may be used for public viewing and cannot be edited or retracted once released. Furthermore, you acknowledge that all games during the event are free, and no participant, including event organizers, is responsible for charging any fees related to these games.
