Take a break and learn a beautiful ancient art form that is rooted in exotic and rich history!Each week learn common postures and movement patterns within Classical Persian Dance, discover ways in which we can fuse Persian dance to enhance other styles of dance including bellydance, and dive into a short history of Persian dance within Iran and in the diaspora.
As always, we will begin with a dynamic warm up filled with exercises aimed at injury prevention and conditioning, and end with a cool down focused on growth, self-love and balance.
