Solmaz Eradat will be back on Saturday 18 January from 10:30am - 2pm, with another of her fabulous Persian cooking classes. In this class she will teach you how to make a delicious two course Persian menu that is perfect for those partaking in Veganuary (vegan January). Tickets can also be purchased from
Come along and enjoy a relaxing and inspirational Saturday morning with us, as Solmaz teaches you how to make a Barbery soup, followed by a Persian jackfruit and carrot stew accompanied by a shirazi salad (cucumber & tomato), flatbreads and yoghurt.
Once the dishes have been prepared, sit down together with your fellow attendees to enjoy what you have cooked!

This event will be taking place at our Flavour and Haver cook school in Leith, a short walk from Leith Walk and Pilrig Park. Accessible through Lothian Buses via Leith Walk, Great Junction Street and Bonnington Road.
