In honor of National Wellness Month, join us at Mood Café for: “Permission to Pause: An Intimate Conversation on Slowing Down, Setting Boundaries & Showing Up Whole”. Led by Clinical Mental Health Therapist Ra’Sheia Nicole, this evening will offer a safe space for honest stories, gentle encouragement, and intentional wellness.
This in-person experience will provide you with tools and insights to help you navigate the hustle and bustle of modern life with more grace and intention. This event is open to the public — bring a friend, bring your heart, and come refill your cup in more ways than one.
Mood Cafe will remain open from 6-7pm where drinks and food may be purchased.
