Our local Palmy Permies are running an introduction to Permaculture Design course. Curious about permaculture? What it is and how it works? Interested in designing your own home and systems around nature and with a sense of permanence?
Come along and join our introduction to permaculture design.

Design processes
Pattern literacy
Zones
Niches and Edges
Earthworks; Keyline and contour design, swales
Food Forests and much more
The day includes both tutorial content and hands on learning. You will spend the first half of the day learning about the principals of permaculture and design, within a small farm scale designed system.
The last part of the day will be spent in a new urban garden, where you will get to put into practise your newly acquired skills, to create a new permaculture design.
