Thermal Analysis Introducing Our New Pyris 9 Insturment Range
About this Event
You Are Invited To Attend Our Two Day Spectroscopy and Thermal Analysis Workshop
The FTIR Spectroscopy workshop will involve an informative presentation and practical session designed to help you improve your knowledge and productivity in IR analysis. You will be introduced to new analysis techniques and insight into effective operating procedures with a range of IR accessories. Additionally an in-depth course on an introduction to thermal analysis of materials using TGA, DSC and STA will introduce you to techniques capable of expanding the analytical breadth of your lab or research.
Key Learning Objectives
- Fundamental understanding of FTIR spectroscopy
- Awareness of the wide range of sampling accessories
- Knowledge on advanced analysis techniques such as IR microscopy and quantification
- Introduction to thermogravimetric analysis
- Introduction to differential scanning calorimetry and simultaneous thermal analysis
- Practical exposure to the laboratory instruments
