Info: RaShaunda Lugrand is a wife of 18 years and mother of four sons, which were all born at home. She became a certified birth work provider in 2013. In 2020 she opened the first ever Holistic Family Planning Center in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Her company provided resources and tools on how to plan or prevent pregnancy using the Standard Days Method. In 2025 she launched a new location Pretty PeriodT Boutique in Downtown OKC, where she hosts fun classes, workshops, and private events on menstrual cycle awareness. She loves facilitating space for women's health and overall well-being throughout the reproductive life cycle.
