Join us for an empowering afternoon as we get ready to celebrate Menstrual Health Month! This event will provide a safe space for participants to engage in open conversations about menstrual hygiene and period poverty alongside dedicated community partners and healthcare professionals. You’ll also participate in an advocacy project and community service focused on menstrual hygiene. Let’s come together to break the stigma, educate ourselves, and make a meaningful impact in our community!Program Fee Includes: In-person instruction from guest speakers, all needed materials, snacks, a take-home period self-care kit, and a fun patch.
Note for Junior participants: We recommend adults attending with this level as new topics may be learned and discussed throughout this program. Fees for adults will apply.
Note for Cadette, Senior and Ambassador participants: This level is eligible for drop-off, however, adults are welcome to attend. Fees for adults will apply.
Payment Plan Option: An initial payment of 10% will be due at time of registration. This is recommended if you are applying for Financial Aid (see below). Payment in full will be due 30 days prior to the activity start date.
Financial Assistance: Financial Aid is available to GSNorCal youth for this program by filling out and submitting the Financial Aid Application. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will need to register with a Payment Plan (see above) in order to secure your spot in the program. If this is a barrier and you cannot submit registration with a payment plan, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please note this may result in losing your secured space within the program.
