Welling-being - Small Steps (children 0-2 welcome to attend)
Welcome to our group by MHIST at The Hub at Westhoughton funded by Bolton Together! Join us as we take small steps towards better energy and well-being. This in-person session is all about making positive changes in a relaxed and supportive environment. Come along, meet new friends, and learn how to improve your well-being through a variety of activities.

Free and available to all parents with a 0-2 years old or pregnant. Additional children can be older.
