About this Event
For women who are currently pregnant or within one year of their baby’s birth to gain support, resources, and coping skills to navigate the changes of motherhood.
Topics Covered:
Relationship Changes: Communicate your needs effictively with your partner, friends, and family.
Self Care: Learn creative ways to make time for self-care.
Baby Blues vs. PPD: Recognize the difference between what is typical to expect of your mood and when to ask for help.
Resources: Gain a safety net of supportive programs and people.
Parenting: Develop skills to navigate your role of parenthood and build a strong bond
with your baby.
Six week long program
Participants will attend an initial one-on-one intake session before participating
