About your host:
Hi everyone! My name is Ashley Inclima, and I'm the owner of Tides of Life Doula & Perinatal Bereavement Services LLC. I found my calling to this work after my journey through pregnancy loss and pregnancy after loss was marked by heavy emotional and mental challenges. The loss of my first child Adrian, to a fatal disorder in 2011 was a devastating experience, compounded by the grief of an early miscarriage just three months later. Despite these heartbreaking losses, my resilience prevailed as I found support in community and embarked on a high-risk pregnancy journey that ultimately led to the birth of my healthy identical twin daughters.
My expertise in perinatal bereavement has been developed through 15 years of personal, professional, and community experience and training.
