Join us for an in-person event at The Gathering Ground, Hillsborough, Sheffield. Discover effective ways to ease the symptoms of perimenopause and make this transitional phase more manageable. During this session, you will be led through breathing and movement practices to ease anxiety and reduce rage. You will learn about the muscles of the pelvic floor and how to care for them. You will learn about how to improve your sleep and how to rest well and there's lunch included! The National Lottery Community Fund has covered the costs of all of this. However, if you are a person with spare money, we welcome donations of any size, literally any size from just £1, right up to £55, (which is how much the National Lottery have contributed for each space). As the famous supermarket chain says, "Every Little Helps", so even the tiniest amount put towards places in future sessions, for women on lower incomes ,will be welcomed. Our vision is to keep these sessions going so that all women can enjoy them, regardless of how much spare money they have, (even if it is none). If you consider yourself to be low on money we believe you, no evidence is required, no questions will be asked, you'll just be welcomed.
If you book and find that you cannot make it, please cancel your space as soon as possible so somebody else can benefit from it.
