About this Event
The Alchemy of Change Dinner is an evening focused on education about perimenopause and menopause. Enjoy a beautifully prepared meal in a comfortable, air conditioned private room as Dr. Crowe shares how to restore hormonal balance, increase energy & how to recreate yourself. Community, unapologetic straight talk and honest conversation about midlife & hormones, roles and relationships.
After dinner, we may move to the rooftop for conversation, connection, and a gorgeous view.
