Join me and other women on Saturday, January 24 from 10am-12pm to get into your body, discuss and dance through the changes we're experiencing, and explore options for finding—or creating—a new version of yourself.
The first step in this journey is tuning into the present reality of your body. Through guided awareness practices and gentle exploration, we'll create a safe space to notice what is—without judgment. Learn to recognize your body's signals, honor its changing needs, and establish a foundation of deep listening. This class invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are.
