We are starting off this Fall with a bang here at She Works! Our summer edition of "Peri-Party with Beth Kruger" was a huge success. So much so that we are going to offer a series of parties hosted by Beth with special guest experts each month. September is going to highlight the often-ignored pelvic floor. Our guest expert is Rachel Martone—pelvic floor physical therapist. With Beth and Rachel, we will dive into learning the effect of menopause on this region of the body, we will have time for sharing and discussion as well as time to ask your burning questions. We will also review the current options available to address postmenopausal pelvic floor changes and function. Bring a friend or two and let's create a space where we can talk about the things our grandmothers never even acknowledged.
