A day of collective rest and nourishment in a small group (max 9)Whether you might be approaching perimenopause, in the midst of menopause, or beyond, this day is an opportunity to come together as a community of like minded women, share experiences and wisdom and learn tools and practices to help support you as you navigate this significant time of life.
The day will include Menopause yoga, a combination of gentle hatha & restorative yoga and breathing techniques to help ease out tension and alleviate symptoms, yoga nidra for deep rest, reflective journalling, mindful walk and fire. (If weather permits) A veggie/vegan Lunch, cake, teas included.
No previous yoga experience required. Bring along a mat, cushion, blanket. (Bolster/eye pillow provided) cosy socks, water bottle, a favourite mug, journal pen.
