Peri & Powerful: A Sacred Shift Day Retreat

Reclaiming Pleasure, Power & Presence in Perimenopause

This immersive daycation (daylong retreat) is designed for women navigating the sacred, messy, and often misunderstood space of perimenopause. Through embodied practices—including yoga, guided meditation, sharing circle, and sound healing—you’ll be supported in reclaiming your sensual power, honoring your evolving identity, and tending to your nervous system and soul.

Together, we’ll explore the unique wisdom of this life stage—not by bypassing its challenges, but by embracing the transformation it offers. Come as you are. Leave rooted, resourced, and more fully connected to your pleasure, your power, and your presence.

Expect a blend of grounding, playfulness, and reverence—and a sisterhood of others walking this path alongside you.

Your day of nurturing, self-care, and community care includes:

  • Opening Circle
  • Yoga/mindful movement class (no experience needed)
  • Special guest teacher presentation (details TBA; possible topics include Presentation: Ayurveda to Support You During Perimenopause and/or Perimenopause and Eroticism )
  • Healthy lunch (or bring your own if you prefer)
  • Embody in Nature walk with a view (weather permitting and optional)
  • Guided Meditation (Guided meditation/deep relaxation session (Yoga Nidra, a form of NSDR/Non-Sleep Deep Rest)
  • Sound-based healing session/soundbath
  • Closing Sharing Circle

Come Relax, Rejuvenate, and Refresh with us in Fall 2025 in beautiful Boulder, Colorado at this unique Yoga Daycation!

PSA: Perimenopause isn’t just hot flashes and hormones. It’s a profound physical, spiritual, emotional, and energetic initiation that can begin as early as 35 and ripple through every part of life. Whether you’re preparing for it, moving through it, or reflecting on and integrating the changes it’s brought, this workshop offers practical tools, embodied practices, empowering reframes, and heartfelt conversations to support your midlife journey with more clarity, connection, and compassion.
