- Hear about holistic strategies and evidence based options to stay healthy for longer
- Share what your interest is for community menopause support in the area
- And share experiences to support each other!
This event is open to women of all ages. encourage your family and friends to join!

We aim to increase awareness of the impacts of peri and post menopause on those experiencing it, their friends, colleagues and families, so that people can approach this empowering time in their life with confidence and make conscious, evidence-based choices, with holistic strategies to tackle the challenges that may come their way during this transition and, most importantly, beyond!!!
