Performing Artist Program Concert

You’re invited to the Performing Artist Program Concert at the beautiful Ikeda Theatre, Mesa Arts Center, on Thursday, March 27th. This unique concert event is the result of months of hard work and collaboration between myself, Matt Friedland, and two of my dedicated students—Mike on guitar and Darrell on bass. Together, we’ve created an exciting setlist featuring both cover songs and original music that we can’t wait to share with you!

The setlist includes a mix of covers that resonate with Mike and Darrell, along with original tunes that we’ve written and refined together. These songs reflect their personal musical journeys, making this concert more than just a performance—it’s a celebration of their growth and hard work.

I’ll be joining them on guitar and vocals, with Peter, a professional drummer and close friend, rounding out the band. The concert will be recorded, and we plan to publish our original tracks on major platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, so this is your chance to experience it live before it goes global!

Post-Concert Hang & Jam Session – Saturday, March 29th
To celebrate this big milestone for Mike and Darrell, we’re hosting a special hang and jam session at my studio on Saturday, March 29th, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Whether you play an instrument or just want to come hang out, this will be a great chance to connect, jam, and enjoy some good food in a relaxed, fun environment.

Here’s the deal:

• Bring your instrument if you’d like to jam—we’ll have a full band setup ready to go.
• Not a musician? No problem! Just come to hang out, listen, and enjoy the vibe.
• The only catch: You need to attend the concert on Thursday to join us for the jam session.

This is going to be an incredible night of live music, followed by a fun celebration with our community. Whether you’re a friend, family member, or fellow music lover, we’d love to have you join us for both the concert and the jam session.
