This workshop is designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders, and HR professionals who are responsible for managing the performance of their team members.

It is also beneficial for anyone interested in learning effective performance management techniques to unlock their team's potential and improve overall organizational productivity.

Participants will learn how to align individual goals with organizational objectives. They will master the art of setting SMART goals, providing constructive feedback, and coaching for continuous improvement. Additionally, the workshop covers best practices for conducting performance appraisals, fostering employee development, and building a high-performance culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and recognition of outstanding performance.

Ticket proceeds will be donated to non-profit organizations in Vancouver to help tackle human resources development.

This workshop qualifies for CE credits. A Certificate of Completion is administered following the workshop.
