About this Event
Synopsis
In this session Guy Wallace will be covering the current version of Performance & Gap Analysis, a method he has been using in all of his Instructional System Development (ISD) and Learning Experience Design (LXD) efforts since 1979 when he was told it was a derivative of a derivative of the methods of Geary A. Rummler, PhD. Guy has taught this method to hundreds of his clients' staff, including those at Amoco, Eli Lilly, General Motors, Hewlett Packard, and Siemens Building Technologies.
The Performance & Gap Data is then used to systematically derive the Enabling Knowledge and Skills for both Curriculum Architecture Design and Instructional Development efforts.
These methods were first published in the NSPI Journal in September 1984.
