About this Event
A brief intorduction to the team and what we have on offer over the next 10 weeks, followed by a look at the Survive to flourish system, the wheel of life, and how to create a simple wellbeing action plan.
Survive to flourish immediately gets you started by making you aware of simple actions you can take to improve the moment, using breathing techniques to regulate emotions, staying hydrated, and practicing gratitude, to name a few. You can also use this system to identify areas for development and start to implement positive change by ‘nailing down’ the basics that so many of us forget.
The wheel of life will help you to define broad objectives to achieve throughout the course and assist in guiding you to keep balance in your life. This simple tool is there to use if you ever feel like you may be losing focus or getting fixated on a goal at the detriment to other important parts of your life.
A wellbeing action plan is a great way to remind yourself of what works for you! It can also help you to stay accountable for the positive changes you wish to make.
