Info: Get ready to redefine your relationship with perfectionism through group activities, group coaching, breathwork and movement-based practices, and journaling.

Info: We will wrap up with a breathwork class that's accessible for everyone. Breathwork helps you break old patterns & optimize your breathing habits. Your breath is your most powerful tool to control your body & mind. We will conclude with sound healing.
