A soundbath is a full body listening experience, where you feel the vibrations from several different ancient healing instruments, throughout your body. The crystal quartz bowls are tuned to 432HZ-Earth's natural frequency, along with other instruments tuned to mother nature's elements such as; fire, wind & frost. The Chiron gong helps wash away any old or negative energy. Some of the benefits of a soundbath includes, but are not limited to; helping you to release anything that no longer serves your mind, body, soul & spirit, any type of stress, bottled up emotions, anxiety, depression, aches and pains, etc. And promotes better sleep patterns, positive energy, boosts confidence levels, gives you a deep meditative state of consciousness, with feelings of your highest self and more! ABOUT MAISHA
Allow me to introduce myself, My name is Maisha "Mai" Monroe and I am a Certified Sound Healer Practitioner. I achieved my soundbath training and completed my certification with Ana Netanal in Brentwood, California in March of 2023. I have studied the intuitive/holistic practice for over 3 years now. My specialty is providing healing soundbaths for individuals looking for a different way to unwind, meditate, gain perspective and recharge the nervous system. Several different healing instruments are used to help you relax your entire mind, body, spirit and soul completely. Currently, I facilitate soundbaths at such events as, mental health awareness, fitness clubs, sound healing workshops, wellness, yoga classes, spa related events, meditation classes, community events, corporate events, etc.. (group & 1:1 sessions). The private 1:1 sessions are for individuals, couples, friends, coworkers and or family members ages 12 and over (or at parents/guardians discretion). I have also obtained my Associates of Science degree in (ASL) American Sign Language over 20 years ago. Any and all individuals can benefit from a healing soundbath. My beliefs and main focus are to promote inner healing, self love, self awareness and living a healthier mental lifestyle. The goals and hopes that I have for every single person that has an open heart & my mind to receiving it is, that this year in 2024 and beyond, is for people all around the globe, to get the extra healing and peace of mind that WE all so desperately need in these current times.
