About this Event

Join us for a guided self-discovery workshop to help you understand perfectionism, how it shows up in your life, and how to release its grip using self-reflection and a hands-on collage activity. This is an interactive workshop which includes some solo work along with group sharing, personal collaging, along with music, snacks, and a set at a beautiful local venue. It is meant to be reflective and meaningful while also being fun and expressive.

Attendees, you may bring any of your own arts and crafting materials but it is not required as all supplies will be provided for you. We do invite you to come with a curious mind in order to most benefit from the workshop.
