About this Event
Need start-up funds? A cohesive pitch can not only help investors or grantors understand your idea, but make them believe in its potential impact. Join the GSLI and Texas Venture Labs for an early stage pitch workshop with expert Kevin Koym, the founder of sustainability entrepreneurship accelerator Tech Ranch. Tech Ranch is recognized as one of the top three impact-focused accelerators in the world and has worked with over 750 companies in 42 countries. Kevin will share his secrets to structuring a pitch, weaving impactful stories through it, and preparing for tough questions. We will have a networking and heavy appetizer period before the event from 5-5:30 p.m. next to the room. Kevin will speak at 5:30.
This event is part of the SEED Challenge workshop line-up. Did you know you can solve social and environmental issues through entrepreneurship? For-profit start-ups can reduce carbon emissions, cut waste, improve medical access, and much more! If you have ideas on how to address the sustainability challenges you care about through a venture, sign up for SEED in Spring 2025 and pitch your idea for funding.
