THE CLASS
Chef Colin of The Private Plate will lead this class, teaching the techniques and industry secrets to consistently creating those soft, pillowy dumplings that can be so elusive to the home cook.
The class will finish with a tasting, and students will go home with their own gnocchi and recipe cards.
