Perfect Pairings: A Culinary & Wine Experience

Join us for Perfect Pairings, a bi-monthly culinary series at the Nashua store that brings together chef-prepared dishes with curated wine or spirit pairings. Designed to inspire, educate, and delight, each event is a place to discover and savor the art of food and drink.

This December, enjoy a vibrant culinary experience led by award-winning Chef Edward Aloise, featuring the expressive Zuccardi Concreto Malbec from Argentina’s Uco Valley. Guests will explore the harmony between bold, Latin-inspired flavors and expertly selected wines in an engaging and memorable setting.

Chef Ed Aloise has owned and operated four highly successful restaurant concepts. Ed and his wife, Claudia, opened the first certified farm-to-table restaurant establishment in the State of New Hampshire in 2010—Republic Cafe in Manchester. In 2012, they were James Beard National Semi-Finalists for Best Restaurateurs. Since leaving the day-to-day operations of his restaurants, Ed has established a hospitality consulting company, has been a sought-after guest chef, and recently published his first book of fiction short stories.
