Designed to inspire, educate, and delight, each evening positions NHLC as more than a retail destination—it’s a place to discover and savor the art of food and drink. Ed Aloise has owned and operated 4 highly successful restaurant concepts. Ed and his wife Claudia opened the first certified farm-to-table restaurant establishment in the State of New Hampshire in 2010—Republic Cafe in Manchester. They also boasted many local awards as well, including Best Restaurant, Best of the Best Chef, Best Cocktail, and Best Vegetarian Food from Hippo Press.
