We invite you to join our UCU Community for a traditional, family-friendly evening celebrating our university. Guests are invited to wear their finest Ukrainian embroidery (vyshyvanky) for this unique indoor/outdoor Folk-Gala.

Perelaz is a symbolic gesture of friendship and tradition. In Ukrainian, Perelaz means to "climb-over," and in villages throughout Ukraine, neighbors are often invited to cross over the fence to visit with friends. In this spirit, UCU invites you, our neighbors and friends, to cross over our fence and join our UCU community for a festive evening celebrating our university.

This elegant evening will include delicious fourchette-style Ukrainian cuisine, custom drinks, musical entertainment from Ukraine, a silent auction, speaches and a separate, supervised program for children.
