About the programme
PEREKA KITA | Sesi 1 is the first of many sessions featuring informative presentations by both emerging and established Malay/Muslim design practitioners, along with interactive activities designed to engage participants in meaningful dialogue.
PEREKA is a collective of local Malay/Muslim designers, aspiring to serve as a catalyst uniting designers from the Malay/Muslim community through meaningful conversations and exchanges. PEREKA aims to provoke introspection on Malay/Muslim identity, values, and aspirations, and hopefully foster a shared vision for the collective future of Malay/Muslim designers in Singapore.
