This will be a very slow, mindful walk along an "easy" rated loop trail along desert washes and seasonal marsh with juniper forest and high desert trees and shrubs. Talia will guide participants in a series of "invitations" designed to help people relax, connect with the senses, and enhance their relationships with the land and beings. Tea and snack provided at the end of the walk. Recommended for ages 10 and up. Further location/directions information provided upon registration
