Perch Master Ireland 2025 details The league will have 7 legs over 7 months, each month one leg on a section of the river/canal/lake. The best 5 results will count at the end of the league- everyone can drop 2 worst results.
Scoring on the league will be on penalty points accumulated over the legs, at the end the winners will be decided based on the lowest number of penalty points over 5 legs.
Entry for the league will be €50/angler plus €20/ competition.
€50 League entry fee will be won at the end of the League as follow!
League money will be raised on the first competition from everyone.
40% First place
30% Second place
20% Third place
10% biggest Perch
And same with the entry on each competition day.
Venues will be decided here on the chat at least a week before the competition
All competitions will take place on Sunday
This year it was decided to allow "day anglers" to fish in any of the leg's of the league. Anglers that can't commit to the full league they can fish any leg of the league, they can win prizes on the day but they won't be able to get the prizes for entire league.
Interested anglers fishing will have to pay €30 (€20 for daily prizes and additional €10 which will go on the end of the league prizes)
●All intrested anglers must be adults
●We allow juniors to fish our competitions if they are accompanied by an adult!
The rules are simple enough
Perch only
Shore competition , no kayak/boat/belly boat. Fishing from the shore, jetty, fishing stands
Minimum 20cm
Longest 5 Perch will count
Minimum distance between the anglers have to be 5m and 10m between outside the league anglers(match anglers, pleasure anglers … etc)
All fish have to be measured on the measuring board provided by organizator (loosing or damaging measuring board will be charged €/measuring board)
A card will be giving to everyone fishing the competition and this card has to be visible in all pictures with the fish( no card fish won't count)
Pictures have to be clear, mouth touching the 0 mark on the board full length of the fish has to be visible, only full centimetre will be counted. A short video has to be recorded on the phone when releasing the fish( no video fish won’t count)

NO BAIT ALLOWED!!!
No worms
No minnows
prawns
No maggots
etc...
Anyone caught fishing with live bait will be disqualified and will not be welcome on our future league or competitions!
