This free session is designed to introduce an NLP experience to individuals who know about NLP in theory - have read a few books perhaps - but are yet to try it from an experiential perspective.
There are also a number of very experienced practitioners attending - quite a few are at coach and trainer level - so it's also a great opportunity to do some serious work if you prefer.
You will be exploring perception and relationships in a confidential way. The results are always surprising.
But joining in, standing up, and moving around are all essential.
We are planning for a group of between 10 and 20 people and six bookings have already been received.
