Can you handle the heat?We are excited to announce Pepper Fest, a celebration of the versatile pepper! Taking place during our Thursday Night Market on September 18th, it’s going to be a night (shade) to remember!
Like them sweet? Come watch Ben Tilley of Crossroads Farm from 5pm-6pm for a lesson on peppers! Sample a wide variety of locally grown peppers and pepper value added products from our free tasting table all night long!
Like them spicy? Our hot pepper eating contest just might be the challenge for you! From 6-7PM, contestants will compete for a cash prize by eating 10 types of hot peppers in front of a live audience. Read more and enter here to compete, if you dare!
As always, the Jazz Station will be fanning the Night Market flames with a free live concert by neo-soul power pop group BendreTheGiant! Catch their hottest jams from 7-9PM.
Beat the heat with another round of roller skating inside the Pavilion with Eugene Roller Village! Entry fees are $10, and skate rentals will be available.
Come skate, dance, taste, shop, and enjoy the night’s festivities from 5-9PM at the Farmers Market Pavilion, on September 18th. We can’t wait to see you there!
