Join us for a fun and family-friendly paddle-out on the harbor as we prepare for our upcoming People's Blockade! This event is perfect for kayakers of all skill levels, whether you're an experienced paddler or just looking to dip your toes into activism on the water. What to Expect:
? Skill Development: Learn and practice basic paddling techniques, manoeuvring, and maintaining balance in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned pro, this is a great chance to build your confidence on the water.
❤️ Community Building: Meet like-minded individuals who are passionate about protecting our environment. This is a great opportunity to build connections and maybe even join an affinity group.
? Equipment & Activity Testing: We’ll test our gear to make sure everything’s in top shape for the blockade. If there are any kinks to work out, we’ll address them now so we’re fully prepared.
