Join us at the Light St library to watch “People We Meet On Vacation”, an adaptation of Emily Henry’s novel of the same name.
“People We Meet On Vacation” is a warm, witty contemporary romance about two best friends, Poppy and Alex, whose personalities couldn’t be more different. Every year, they take a trip together—until one vacation ruins everything. Two years later, Poppy realizes she wants to fix what broke between them and proposes one last getaway to make things right.”
The movie has a runtime of 2 hours, so we’ll be starting it at 5:30pm to allow time for cleanup and discussion after the movie. Our room reservation starts at 5pm, so feel free to come earlier if you want to discuss initial thoughts on the book before the movie starts 😊
As a reminder, friends and family are welcome to attend, regardless if they have read the book or not, and you’re welcome to bring food and snacks (a few of us will usually bring something to share with the group).
