People Uncorked: I Thought It Would Be Easy People Uncorked is a no-holds-barred discussion group where we talk about sex and drink wine. All gender and sexual identities welcome.
About this Event

Do you like to talk about sex, but are worried about your friends sayings its TMI? Are you interested in discussing the good parts, bad parts, and everything in between? Do you just think sex is a fun and fascinating subject? Then pour yourself a drink, pull up a chair, and join the circle. People Uncorked is open to everyone and welcomes all persons of all ages, orientations, experiences, and relationship styles.

So many elements of sex can be challenging: getting factual information, choosing contraception, protecting your health and heart, making time for it, learning how to enjoy it and do it right, and most importantly, finding the right partner(s). Is your sex life a train wreck or have you made it through the ups and downs? This is a session for storytelling, advice giving and receiving, a little venting, and a whole lot of laughing. Come prepared to share!

I will bring wine, sparkling water, and snacks for the group. Feel free to bring something to share, if you like. Please try to be on time, but if you're late, just knock on the door and give us a moment to come let you in.

This event will be held indoors. To reduce potential spread of the coronavirus, all attendees are required to be fully vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, please do not purchase tickets.

Women Uncorked was founded by Jennifer Beman at Rhizome in Takoma, and Rebecca Hassell has been leading sessions in Petworth since 2017. Visit www.women-uncorked.com or our private Facebook group at Women Uncorked DC to find the best dates and location for you.
