Angela Richardson - Managing Director, Eucalypt Consulting

Angela will facilitate the discussion with our expert panel on the night. Angela brings 25 years of experience in human resources and change leadership. Angela is an expert in strategy, design and implementation of HR and tech change and transformation. Angela is a respected thought leader and faciltiator of leadership, strategy and change programs and projects.

Selina Beauchamp - Director of Organisational Transformation, Wesley Mission Queensland

Selina is an effective and compassionate professional with a passion for strategy, transformation and the delivery of business outcomes. Selina is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need as demonstrated by tenure of 20+ years in the Aged & Community Services/NFP sector. Selina is a seasoned CIO that has demonstrated experience in program/project management, digital strategy and transformation, information security /ICT governance, risk & governance and business acumen.

Matthew Clifford-James - Remuneration and ER Manager, Aurizon

Matthew is a skilled HR Manager specialising in remuneration, performance, and industrial relations. Matthew excels in driving strategy aligned people initiatives and governance of key people risks. Matthew is committed to community service, currently serving as Chairperson of Open Doors Youth Service Inc, a youth service providing support to at risk youth within the LGBTIQ+ community in Southeast Queensland. Matthew’s professional experience is complimented with degrees in human resources, finance, and workplace relations.

Amie Shaw - Professor of Human Resources Management, Griffith University

Amie Shaw is an Associate Professor and Deputy Head of Department at Griffith University, specializing in Human Resource Development with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and employability. She has published extensively and received multiple teaching awards. Amie leads various research and educational projects in collaboration with numerous organizations and holds a PhD from Griffith University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Waikato.
