Andrea leads currently the People department that helps to build strong organizations, attract, hire and manage top talent and optimize business operations in over 30 startup-portfolios. On top - Andrea has been previously in a founder role herself and has an academic background as a lecturer for HR & IO topics.
Project A is an early-stage tech investor with europe's largest VC platform team of 100 functional experts who provide their ventures with exclusive operational support to excel in all areas of tech, growth, data and people.
- An executive coach, HR Executive Leader, mentor and founder of Sana Executive Coaching & Consulting, Gary is an ambassador for values-based leadership. For the last 20 years Gary has been helping a wide range of teams and leaders to navigate across People, Culture & HR topics.
