Employees are the heartbeat of any organization—but are we truly listening ? 🤔 This panel brings together industry pros from organizations large and small to discuss the power (and occasional pitfalls) of employee surveys in shaping workplace culture, career growth, and well-being. Our expert speakers will share real talk, best practices, and strategies for turning employee voices into action—because checking a box isn’t the same as making a difference!
🎤Amy Stevenson, Ph.D. is the Senior Director of People Insights at HP. In this role she leads a global team that oversees HR analytics technology, employee listening, data privacy, human capital metrics reporting, and advanced analytics. Since joining HP she has successfully led the build and rollout of integrated data infrastructure and experience-driven analytics solutions to the HP People Organization, corporate functions, and business leadership audiences. Prior to joining HP, Amy served as the Director of People Analytics at AIG where she partnered to build the COE from the ground up. Previously, she was the Global Lead of Organizational Culture at SGS where she led global surveys, analytics, and associated action planning.
🎤Chris Juszczyk is an Employee Listening expert passionate about transforming employee voices into impactful organizational change. As a Researcher in People Science at Indeed, Chris leads initiatives to enhance workplace well-being and the employee experience. Specializing in measurement, analytics, and data storytelling, Chris collaborates closely with teams and leadership to drive meaningful action. Skilled in Qualtrics, R, and ethical AI, Chris supports continuous improvement throughout the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to retention. Chris's commitment to active and passive listening strategies fosters an engaged, productive, and thriving global workforce.
🎤Roxanne M. Laczo, PhD, is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing talent programs for both high-growth and multinational organizations across a variety of industries, both as an internal leader and external consultant. She is a strong advocate for leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making on a global scale. Known for her analytical yet creative approach to problem-solving, Roxanne has worked closely with entry- to executive-level leaders to foster strategic self-awareness and actionable strategies for leadership effectiveness through targeted assessment feedback and coaching. Roxanne holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, received the SIOP HRM Impact Award for her leading-edge work in evidence-based HR practices, and teaches People Analytics at both the University of Cambridge and University of Texas-Austin. Roxanne has published multiple articles and book chapters in top-tier academic outlets, and has been an invited speaker at both HR and industry-specific conferences globally.
