About this Event

Voices@Work – Elevating Employee Experience Through Listening

Employees are the heartbeat of any organization—but are we truly listening ? 🤔 This panel brings together industry pros from organizations large and small to discuss the power (and occasional pitfalls) of employee surveys in shaping workplace culture, career growth, and well-being. Our expert speakers will share real talk, best practices, and strategies for turning employee voices into action—because checking a box isn’t the same as making a difference!
